HISTORY

The OUTLAW GROUP began in 1984 as a management consulting firm specializing in executive search. It soon began providing management development programs to assist organizations in hiring better people, and retaining them while increasing their performance. In 1987 Wayne Outlaw began providing keynote speeches and workshops for associations and corporations, in addition to his consulting and management development.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

The OUTLAW GROUP assists clients through employee and customer surveys, performance management systems, hiring systems, organizational development, seminars, workshops and keynote speeches. Working in close partnership with the clients, the OUTLAW GROUP routinely customizes their services to meet each project’s unique needs and objectives.

PERSONNEL

Wayne Outlaw has been certified as a Speaking Professional by the National Speakers Association and certified as a Management Consultant by the Institute of Management Consultants. He is one of less than fifteen people worldwide who hold both designations. Wayne graduated from The Citadel and spent thirteen years in sales and marketing with Xerox Corporation.

Patricia Outlaw, Vice President of Administration and Client Support. She graduated from Winthrop College with a degree in education and mathematics. She has been with the firm over ten years.

Andy Cope, Media Director, graduated from the College of Charleston with a BA in communications with emphasis in media studies. He has experience with two national office supply organizations as a Graphic Designer. Specializes in web design and web promotions.

Certified Management Consultants provide additional capability and flexibility. OUTLAW GROUP has access to more than two thousand other CMC’s. Using this strategic partnering arrangement ensures a high level of expertise and professionalism in areas to compliment and extend the OUTLAW GROUP’s capability. By creating a virtual team of consultants that match the clients project, the most productive team can be assembled to complete the project in the least amount of time and effort.
