CONFIDENTIALITY: There will be only one attendee registered in particular market to eliminate a having a direct competitor in the

same workshop. Since you will not have competitors in the sessions your communication and sharing can be open and everyone can participate fully.

LIMITED AVAILABLITY: Attendance will be limited to fifteen (15) companies to ensure each has ample time and assistance to maximize value from the information and develop their staffing plan. Available on a first-come first-serve basis.

OBJECTIVE: Analyze current staffing situation and assist in development of innovative strategies to ensure the organization is staffed with top-performing employees, especially salespeople, to enable success in today's more complex connected environment.

PRE-WORKSHOP: Attendees will complete a survey of previous year's hiring and retention, and calculation of turnover cost and its impact. You will also receive a survey to evaluate recruiting, rewarding and retention practices. The results of the survey will identify any gap in perception between management and employees that affect the ability to attract and keep employees.

RESULTS: You will not only develop a clear understanding of your company's staffing situation and need for human capital, but will also gain valuable techniques and strategies that innovative technology companies have used to ensure an adequate applicant flow and quality candidates. During the Workshop, you will build a Strategic Staffing Plan for your organization that can be implemented upon returning to the business to produce immediate results.

REINFORCEMENT: To assist in implementation of your Strategic Staffing System, Wayne Outlaw will provide complimentary consulting for 60 days by e-mail / fax, to answer questions.

60 DAY EVALUATION: You will receive an evaluation that measures the effectiveness of your plan and its implementation. Additional consulting assistance, if needed, will be available after the complimentary consulting period to ensure results.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Rooms are available at a variety of prices at downtown hotels. However, we have secured a special low rate for a block of rooms at the Renaissance Hotel for $139.00 per night.

WORKSHOP FEE: For registration at the door the fee is $1,495 per person. If registration and payment are before December 29th, 2003 the fee is $995. If registration and payment are before January 10th, 2004, the fee is $1,195 per person. If two or more from the same company are registered, the additional attendees will be at a 50% discount each.
