OBJECTIVE:
Analyze organization's current staffing situation and assist
in the development of innovative strategies to ensure the organization
is staffed with top-performing employees, even in today's tight
labor market.
PRE-WORKSHOP:
Attendees will complete a survey of previous year's hiring and
retention and begin calculation of turnover cost and its impact.
You will also receive a survey to evaluate rewarding and retention
practices. To validate your perception and answers, a benchmark
survey is available to be distributed and completed by employees.
This survey will identify any variance in perception between
management and employees.
TIME:
The Workshop will be three days.

RESULTS:
You will not only analyze your company's staffing situation
and need for human capital, but will receive valuable techniques

applicant flow and quality candidates. During the Workshop,
you will build a Strategic Staffing Plan for your organization,
which can be implemented immediately upon returning to the business.

Golf
and tennis can be arranged. Golf fees start at $55. The Ocean
Course, where the Ryder Cup was played, is one of the courses
available. Tennis is complimentary for the first hour and $16
per hour thereafter.
WORKSHOP
FEE: Registration at the door $1195. Registration and payment
before Feb. 25 $895. Additional $100 discount per attendee if
three or more from one company register.
